Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you receive one of our items and it is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately by phone or email (see below).
For damaged and faulty goods we will provide a full refund or replacement. We may require photographs of the faulty or damaged goods.
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However please contact us, if your order has not been dispatched we may be able to change your order.
